I am Mireia Balaguer Bataller, founder of Balaguer Bataller Penalistas, a boutique law firm specialising in National and International Criminal Law, Criminal Enforcement and Prison Law,since 2001.

I have spent almost 25 years helping people like you to regain the peace that the start of criminal proceedings undoubtedly takes away: 25 years fighting to restore freedom, peace of mind and, ultimately, the normal lives of thousands of people.

In 2020, I decided to open a new criminal law firm in Barcelona where I could carry out my work as a criminal lawyer alongside professionals with whom I share vocation, strategic vision and an extremely high level of commitment to our work and to the people who trust in our ability to help them through one of the most serious problems a person can face in life.

With a 90% success rate and more than 1,000 cases won —many of them extremely complex—I can say today that I have managed to surround myself with an exceptional team of criminal lawyers, both professionally and personally.
